Rev. Fr. Clarence Devadass will discuss how the Catholic Church shares the Gospel across cultures, while preserving the integrity of the faith.
📖 Beginning with the theological foundations of Vatican II, including Lumen Gentium and Gaudium et Spes, we take a look at how inculturation has developed over the years.
🌏 We will deepen our understanding of inculturation in the Malaysian context, where ethnic and cultural traditions such as Lunar New Year, Ponggol and Harvest festival have found expression within the Catholic Mass.
