St Ambrose BEC comprises community of Catholics staying within the neighbourhoods bordered by roads20/15, 20/16, 20/17, 20/19, 20/22, 20/24 and 21/14 of Paramount Gardens PJ. Despite being a small group with a majority of retirees and golden seniors, St Ambrose is a close knit BEC.

Most of our activities are centered on prayers and reflections including monthly BEC Reflection, Rosary Prayers in the months of May and October as well as annual Home Mass by the Parish Priest.

In addition, we often organize ad-hoc activities and programmes to build up bonding and foster camaraderie between senior members and the younger ones. Some of our activities include mini pilgrimages within the city, social gatherings during festivals, and outreach programmes to visit the less fortunate.

On top of that, we also actively participate in the Food Bank programme by SSVP, and the Hydroponic Farming / C4C Garden by the Care for Creation Group.

We believe that even though we are small in numbers, with the Lord’s grace, we strive our utmost best to live out our Christian values and keep the Spirit of Christ within our community.
