Emmaus – Centre of Counselling & Social Development is a counselling centre, staffed and managed completely by volunteers who are trained in the theories and practice of counselling. The Centre ministers to people with personal and family problems, with the aim of helping them become freer and more responsible to live fully, creatively, happily and harmoniously with others.

Emmaus Centre also serves as a resource centre to other ministries in the church, and, when called to do so, its services are extended to relevant agencies or non-governmental organisations in the community.

The help given is face-to-face counselling, available either by appointment or walk-in, during operating hours which are 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays. We are closed on Wednesdays, public holidays and church days of obligation.
