The role and purpose of this Ministry is embodied in its Mission, stated below:

To catechise adult Catholics towards a deeper understanding of the Catholic Faith; assist adult Catholics to participate actively and meaningfully in the liturgy of the Church; inform and update adult Catholics on the social teachings of the Church.

This Ministry works towards the aforesaid mission by organising the activities below, that are considered useful and enriching in terms of spiritual growth and faith formation thereby encouraging a firm foundation in the Catholic Faith, sharing and living the Faith:

• Faith enrichment programmes and seminars; spiritual formations
• Inviting speakers to explore and unpack Church documents and teachings;
• Offering explanatory sessions of the Liturgical celebrations;
• Assisting Parish groups in faith formation.

Parishioners are informed, via church announcements and bulletins, and invited to join the abovesaid programmes, that so far have covered a varied range, such as below:

• Short Biblical courses with workbooks for group discussions;
• Speaker-led Topics (onsite and online) that are teachings on Catholicism, Catholic Liturgy, Catholic Apologetics, Blessed Mother Mary and other pivotal leaders of the Catholic Faith;
• Ignatian Spirituality sessions led by Jesuits.
